When DTSC was consulted about these dying landscape plants around the former Stauffer/Zeneca site, in June of 2005, DTSC's response was to consult the developer. The developer tells us that these red, twisted, blighted leaves are due to "overwatering." [This reddish tint is present in a variety of plants all around the entire area of the Zeneca/Stauffer/RFS sites.]
